The Training Specialist for our Graham, NC, location job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Key Responsibilities:

• Continues to develop new classroom and online content in conjunction with other departments
• Learning Management System administration adding / removing users, running reports, general troubleshooting, adding new courses, managing the user dashboard, assisting managers with their reporting, updating courses, managing internal group / user / course structure
• Supports internal and external documentation for safety & training
• Revises procedures and forms
• Supports Quality with documentation as needed
• Performs other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a corporate training system
• Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Enjoys highly detailed projects
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, organized, energetic & capable of staying cool under pressure from multiple ongoing projects
