Receptionist

Since 1985, Pureflow, Inc. has been pursuing excellence in high purity water systems. Our Company designs, builds, installs, and maintains high purity water equipment. Pureflow serves customers throughout NC, SC, VA, GA, FL, and eastern TN with an expansive array of industrial and commercial applications. We are seeking a Receptionist whose job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Job Responsibilities:

• • Greet visitors
• • Manage the main phone system, directing incoming calls to the appropriate department, and taking messages when requested
• • Schedule appointments and meetings
• • Make travel arrangements
• • Order office supplies
• • Maintain Company calendar
• • Perform filing, printing, collating & scanning
• • Assist with set up and hosting of on-site meetings
• • Provide additional administrative support, as requested

Qualifications:

• • 3 or more years of experience working in an office setting handling a multi-line phone system and interfacing directly with customers
• • Strong people skills
• • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, organized, energetic and professional, including appearance
• • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• • Able to multi-task, while handling numerous interruptions
• • High school diploma or GED
• • Available 25 hours per week, 8am to 1pm, with ability to work additional hours (early or late) as needed to cover phones
