Paint Technician

Since 1985, Pureflow, Inc. has been pursuing excellence in high purity water systems. Our Company designs, builds, installs, and maintains high purity water equipment. Pureflow serves customers throughout NC, SC, VA, GA, FL, and eastern TN with an expansive array of industrial and commercial applications.

We are seeking a Paint Technician whose job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following for water purification and treatment systems and equipment:

• • Coordinate prep of carbon/stainless steel equipment skid frames for painting
• • Paint skids with high quality epoxy per process work instructions
• • Perform quality inspection of products
• • Demonstrate proper respirator use and care
• • Complete jobs in a timely manner; develop good working relationship with fellow workers
• • Maintain neat work area
• • Demonstrate safe work practices in shop & at customer sites
• • Demonstrate daily time entry & correct charging to job or service order
• • Uphold & maintain high standards of performance, character & dependability
• • Interact well with customers & fellow employees; show positive attitude, be polite, respectful, clear, prompt, honest, follow instructions and respond positively to authority

Responsible for Paint Shop:

• • Quality Control
• • Supply Inventory Management
• • Process control and process improvement
• • Paint tools/equipment maintenance & organized storage
• • Correct paint prior to shipments as required
• • On-site paint touch-up and painting
• • Efficient scheduling of paint shop work flow 

Qualifications:

• • 2 years experience painting equipment in an industrial setting
• • Able to lift up to 50 lbs without restrictions
• • Able to do overnight stays (avg 6/month)

Working Conditions:

Usual industrial setting, full-time hours, 7:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday

Operations Manager
