About the Position:
As an Operations Coordinator in Lakeland, Florida, you will be responsible for being an internal liaison, managing projects, updating our customer relationship management system, and organizing sales, trainings, and events. Success in this role will require working with people, serving others, helping others get organized, and a high level of accuracy within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing:
- Establishment of networking opportunities utilizing all available resources
- Cultivation of growth strategies and action plans
- Initiation of outbound verbal and written communications introducing the business and solutions
- Coordination and attendance of meetings, training events, and industry-specific networking experiences
- Preparation and distribution of training materials designed for prospective and current customer use
- Spearhead initiatives designed to grow presence and share in the water purification industry
Client Relationship Development:
- Develop detailed knowledge of market areas including prospective opportunities in target markets
- Identify opportunities to support monthly, quarterly and annual growth objectives
- Conduct in-depth prospect research to identify and qualify strong potential leads
- Respond to RFQ inquiries and follow up on account renewal requests
- Determine customer goals and build tailored solutions that align with business strengths
- Serve as initial point of contact to potential and current customers
- Review and pursuit of open opportunities
Continuous Improvement:
- Assist in the development of processes that drive efficiency
- Collaborate to improve the utilization and efficacy of sales tracking software
Administrative Support:
- Provide interoffice support and field questions from internal personnel
- Support project management and tracking of internal and external projects
- Deliver organizational and scheduling support
- Arrangement and planning of travel
- Expense management
- Coordinate and assist with onsite and offsite meetings
- Development of sales and training presentations
