Marketing Coordinator

About the Position:

Pureflow is actively hiring for an energetic, passionate, and detail-oriented teammate to support our Marketing & Sales Support initiatives.  As a driven Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting in the continued development of our overall marketing strategy for all branches and business units. Specific Responsibilities:

• Support in the development of strategy, coordination and execution of customer training and marketing events
• Partner with marketing team, branch managers and business unit leaders to develop marketing campaigns specific to their branch or business unit initiatives
• Organize and maintain library of updated print and online collateral for business development activities
• Organize and maintain library of photos for marketing collateral, proposals and presentations related to specific technologies and markets
• Collaborate with marketing team, branch managers, business unit leaders and other stakeholders to complete a website redesign consistent with our corporate goals
• Conduct market research for existing and future branch and business unit development
• Provide sales support activities to business developers, i.e. lead prospecting, cold calling, mapping, scheduling, Salesforce reporting
• Coordinate and assist with hosting meetings with customers, prospective customers, and VIPs
• Represent Pureflow at trade shows, external meetings, and other networking events

Qualifications:

• Bachelors' Degree in business, marketing, graphic design, marketing, advertising, communications, public relations, or related field and considerable experience preferred
• Experience managing multiple projects with tight deadlines
• Ability to work effectively in teams or alone
• Flexibility, self-teaching, and thorough organizational, and problem solving skills
• Attention to detail in all actions and work
• Exceptional level of written, visual, and oral communication skills is required
• Be self-motivated, proactive by nature
• Have a passion for delivering excellent solutions that are aligned to the strategy
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment with a great personality and attitude
• Possess the ability to wear many hats while handling multiple projects at one time
• Excellent time management, interpersonal and communication skills
• Must have excellent computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Proficient in using advanced search techniques of major search engines to find information; skilled in using the web for market research
