Market Operational Coordinator

Serving as an executive assistant by providing administrative support for CEO's schedule, focused markets, and key initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Beverage Market:
  • Schedule weekly beverage team meetings, summary of key action items and tasks to be followed up on
  • Develop collaborative working relationships with the beverage team
    • PFI engineers, service technicians, business developers and other stakeholders
  • Create and manage contact database for focused markets and stakeholders
  • Assist with cost effective travel (airfare, hotel and car rental)
  • Set up and maintain customer contracts, jobs and services
    • Schedule services, prepare service orders, and perform billings
    • Prepare and issue quotes and account renewals; follow-up through issuance of purchase orders
  • Track and generate reports of business segment profitability including cost analysis of services and projects, forecasting for project teams
• Technical Service Centers (primarily Texas):
  • Coordinate and assist with scheduling and/or hosting meetings with customers and prospects, as well as project and sales teams
  • Create and present PowerPoint presentations for weekly business unit meeting
  • Ensure project teams stay on track for completion of deliverables and proposals
  • Track and generate reports of business segment profitability including cost analysis of services and projects, forecasting for project teams
•  Marketing: 
  • Strategically collaborate with marketing team to achieve market penetration
  • Support in promotions and planning of technical training events and tradeshows
  • Presentation development for meetings and events

• Primary focus will initially be the Beverage market. As you get more acquainted with the company and processes, complimenting focuses, and tasks will be introduced.
