Inventory Control Clerk

Since 1985, Pureflow, Inc. has been pursuing excellence in high purity water systems. Our Company designs, builds, installs, and maintains high purity water equipment. Pureflow serves customers throughout NC, SC, VA, GA, FL, and eastern TN with an expansive array of industrial and commercial applications. We are seeking an Inventory Control Clerk whose job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following for water purification and treatment systems and equipment:

Job Responsibilities:

• Properly put away stock
• Pull parts for business units and shop personnel
• Pull and stage parts for service orders
• Kit parts for projects &/or business units
• Process return parts
• Perform inventory transactions
• Conduct daily cycle counts
• Reconcile negative inventory
• Participate in Physical Inventory
• Replenish part carts
• Audit lot numbers for repacked chemicals
• Monitor MRO supplies
• Inform Buyer of stock outs
• Bin ID control
• Housekeeping and provide support to team members & branches as necessary

Qualifications:

• Entry level position requires 1-2 years experience in mfgr/industrial stock room environment (not including general warehouse work)
• Strong computer skills (MS Office) and basic math skills
• Organized, detail oriented, flexible, high energy, self-starter, innovative, & good communicator
• Team oriented with continuous improvement outlook
• Requires hand held scanner experience and an understanding of inventory control principals
• Excellent analytical, problem solving & time management skills
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. without restrictions
• Fork lift & pallet jack experience
• Electrical & plumbing parts knowledge preferred

Working Conditions:

Usual industrial setting; safety glasses are required in all manufacturing areas and fully enclosed safety shoes must be worn; work hours of Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm with 1 hour lunch.
