Since 1985, Pureflow Inc. has been pursuing excellence in high purity water systems. Our Company designs, builds, installs and maintains high purity water equipment. Pureflow serves customers throughout NC, SC, VA, GA, FL, TX and eastern TN with an expansive array of industrial and commercial applications. We are seeking an energetic, passionate, and detailed-oriented teammate to support our Marketing Department. As a driven Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting in the continued development of our overall marketing strategy for all branches and business units. The primary job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing ongoing digital marketing for new and existing customers
• Executing and managing media campaigns
• Create and manage lifecycle email communications with prospects and customers via marketing automation to include email blasts
• Managing all changes and updates to the ecommerce site including:
  • Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the site
  • Developing and managing all online promotions
  • Revising strategies to drive qualified and convertible online traffic to the site
  • Responsible for planning and budgetary controls of all digital marketing for the site
  • Manage and develop the digital CRM strategy via emails and ecommerce
• Managing all social media account/website, including Facebook, PFI website and LinkedIn and the effectiveness, including search traffic
• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns including paid search, SEO and PPC advertising while ensuring on time delivery and within the budget
• Evaluate customer research, market conditions and competitor data
• Assist with website maintenance, new site launches, and updates
• Manage and evolve our social presences to generate brand awareness and demand
• Generate monthly reports on our marketing campaign's performance
• Manage and develop the digital CRM strategy via emails; Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads
• Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing
• Maintain excellence in digital media and future technology marketing understanding and be an ambassador for digital within the business

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field with 5-7 years of experience in Digital Marketing with leadership experience
• Demonstrated measurable experience in planning, developing, and implementing email and content strategies
• Experience with Word Press, ecommerce plug-ins, Google Analytics and Email Service Providers
• Understanding of digital campaign analytics, reporting, and project management
• Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice
• High energy and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
