Customer Service Coordinator

Since 1985, Pureflow, Inc. has been pursuing excellence in high purity water systems.  Our Company designs, builds, installs, and maintains high purity water equipment.  Pureflow serves customers throughout NC, SC, VA, GA, FL, and eastern TN with an expansive array of industrial and commercial applications. We are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator whose job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following for water purification and treatment systems and equipment:

 

Job Responsibilities: Provide administrative support for the business and process functions to create and maintain efficiency, organization and superior customer service. The primary focus will be supporting the Company's Commercial/Lab/Light Industrial (CLLI) business segment:

  • Set up and maintain customer contract, job and maintenance files
  • Prepare and issue quote and renewal letters; follow-up through issuance of Client Purchase Orders
  • Handle customer calls and coordinate service schedule with service technicians
  • Track and generate reports of business segment profitability including cost analysis of services and projects
  • Schedule service, prepare service orders, and perform the billings and collections
  • Learn and utilize Southware and other software products (Microsoft suite) to enter and report activity
  • Provide general administrative support to CLLI Service Department
  • Back-up other administrative staff, as requested (e.g., during vacations, seminars, etc.)
  • Assist  with off-site customer seminars/training and trade shows, as requested

 

Qualifications:

  • 3 or more years of experience dealing directly with customers
  • Must have strong computer skills
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid customer-service orientation; serves internal and external customers with excellence
  • Excels in a fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure; remains flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient
  • High school diploma or GED

 

Working Conditions:  Usual office working conditions.  Travel may be necessary as needed but is expected to be nominal, i.e. training, trade shows, PFI seminars, etc.
