Client Service Advocate

Since 1985, Pureflow, Inc. has been pursuing excellence in high purity water systems.  Our Company designs, builds, installs, and maintains high purity water equipment.  Pureflow serves customers throughout NC, SC, VA, GA, FL, AL, TX and eastern TN with an expansive array of industrial and commercial applications. We are seeking a Client Service Advocate whose job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Business Developer to generate revenue in existing branches or new territories by providing sales support: research, lead generation, prospecting, discovering and participating in networking events.
  • Interact routinely with Branch utilizing all forms of technology to identify areas of need and report progress.
  • Advocate for the Branch by collaborating with other departments to ensure timely completion of quotes/ projects.
  • Ensure resources and information are provided so that processes remain consistent to prevent and/or avoid costly interruptions.
  • Administrative support includes but is not limited to: maintaining Sales Force; analysis of system data, budgets & expense management for specific jobs, branch/customer follow up, assist in preparation and review of quotes; processing purchase orders and/or service orders, serving as a backup while other staff are out of the office, and conducting routine audits.
  • Organize and facilitate routine meetings, serving in a liaison capacity.
  • Generate routine management reports that provide clear and accurate information supporting progress, performance, and trends.
  • Advocate for Branches by identifying and facilitating training opportunities both internally and externally in conjunction with corporate Training Coordinator. 

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, marketing, or account management
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Good rapport with team members; effective collaboration
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); CRM software skills preferred (SalesForce)
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, highly organized, energetic, and capable of staying cool under pressure
  • Excels in a fast paced environment, able to multi-task; remains flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient
  • Works under limited supervision and exercises considerable initiative

Working Conditions:

The regular hours for this position are Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.  Occasionally, additional hours may be required depending on project load.  Work performed in office environment.  Overnight travel required periodically to support Branch development.
