About the Position:

As a Business Process Manager, this position is integral to help Pureflow make important financial business decisions based on an understanding of data by designing and providing real time performance indicators through Microsoft Dynamics dashboards for all Pureflow team members

Key Responsibilities:

• Understanding of Pureflow's business to not just report data, but provide the reason for the results
• Build the Business Intelligence (BI) initiative (influence and own the design)
• Reporting:
  • Advanced-level reporting through data and analytics including variance analysis
  • Support transition from static reporting to dynamic/real time reporting
  • Provide micro and macro level reporting to the Executive Team with insights through data and summarization of business operations
  • Develop outputs and reporting formats and serve as support through working with Pureflow's markets, technical service centers, and functional group key stakeholder:
    • To determine key reporting, followed by creating the associated dashboards
    • To execute annual budgets and prepare monthly forecast through collaboration with business partners

Job Requirements:

• Preferred Bachelor's degree in IT, Accounting or Business
• Minimum of 5 years of experience data analysis, reporting and/or accounting/finance field
• Meets Pureflow's core values & hiring characteristics

    • Able to review data and determine if it's reasonable or not

• Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills
  • Able to work independently and manage time effectively; yet collaborative communication to meet data needs of the internal customer
• Willingness to work extended hours, when necessary
• Adept in databases/queries/ERP systems and related technologies
• Previous experience with the development of Microsoft Dynamics 365/Ax analysis tools
• Previous experience with Business Intelligence (BI) apps and implementations; Power BI preferred

Office Hours:

The regular hours for the shop are Monday through Friday, 7:00am - 5:00pm.
