About the position:

Pureflow is actively hiring for an energetic, passionate, and detail-oriented teammate to support our branch initiatives in and around our Texas branch.  As a driven Branch Development Coordinator, you are responsible for being an internal liaison, managing projects, updating our customer relationship management system, supporting customer training and marketing events, assist with various administrative duties as needed and assist the Texas business development team.  If you are the ideal candidate for this opportunity, you will have a servant's heart and enjoy working with people, helping others get organized, and contributing to a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Serve in an administrative capacity for marketing and sales activity by managing calendars, preparing for meetings, scheduling appointments, arranging and planning travel, managing expenses, and setting reminders
  • Interact daily and collaborate with other team members to assist with creating processes as well as maintaining records to help branch and leadership communicate and work together more efficiently and effectively
  • Provide interoffice support and field questions from internal personnel
  • Setup and organize meetings and sales training events as well as prepare training materials
  • Send initial email correspondence to potential contacts, respond to simple messages, and filter spam emails
  • Coordinate and assist with marketing activities (i.e. direct mailings, email campaigns, customer events, tradeshows, presentations, etc.) as requested
  • Respond to RFQ inquiries and follow up on account renewal requests
  • Create a queue of requests or items that need attention
  • Track minor projects that are easy to miss and manage details of ongoing projects
  • Analyze Google data to help find and qualify new leads
  • Create a list of contacts that can be called while traveling to gain more exposure and develop future opportunities
  • Assist with building our customer database and provide consistent SalesForce reporting
  • Support the paper process of obtaining POs and follow up internally regarding PO status updates
  • Participate in project management
  • Provide office support for Texas branch; perform vast variety of functions (i.e. receiving shipments, service order management, deliveries to other administrative support personnel, etc.)

Qualifications:

  • 3-10 years of experience in a related role
  • Must have strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Must have excellent computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Proficient in using advanced search techniques of major search engines to find information; skilled in using the web for market research
  • Detail-oriented
  • Highly organized
  • Ability to prioritize well
  • Strong follow-through with tasks and projects
  • Anticipate the needs of others and think two steps ahead
  • A self-starter who's motivated and energized by serving others, results oriented, and capable of staying cool under pressure from multiple ongoing projects
  • Experience scheduling, planning, and booking travel
  • Enjoy partnering with others to accomplish tasks and improve processes as part of a well-established winning team
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree in related field preferred

Working Conditions: Usual office working conditions; some travel required. Days not spent in the field will be spent working in the office.
