Administrative Assistant for Georgia

Since 1985, Pureflow, Inc. has been pursuing excellence in high purity water systems.  Our Company designs, builds, installs, and maintains high purity water equipment.  Pureflow serves customers throughout NC, SC, VA, GA, FL, TX and eastern TN with an expansive array of industrial and commercial applications. We are seeking an Administrative Assistant whose job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Job Responsibilities: Provide administrative support for the business and process functions to create and maintain efficiency, organization and superior customer service for the Georgia branch of Pureflow.

• Provide administrative support to Georgia branch manager (e.g., develop PowerPoint presentations, make appointments, make travel arrangements, etc.)
• Set up and maintain customer contract, job and maintenance files
• Schedule service, prepare service orders, and perform the billings and collections
• Marketing and sales activity administrative support
• Provide additional administrative support, as requested

Qualifications:

• Must have strong people and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Must have excellent computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Must be self-motivated, results-oriented, detail oriented, organized, energetic, and capable of staying cool under pressure from multiple ongoing projects

Working Conditions:  Usual office working conditions
