About the Position:

As an Account Analyst with our Lakeland, Florida Branch, you will maintain efficiency, organization, and customer service for the local office.  If you are the ideal candidate for this opportunity, you will enjoy wearing multiple hats, working with people, helping others get organized, and contributing to a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy for details.  In this role, you will:

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide office support
  • Serve as a receptionist in collaboration with other office team members
  • Handle customer calls and coordinate service schedule with service technicians
  • Schedule service, prepare service orders, and perform the billings and collections
  • Set up and maintain customer contract, job, and maintenance files
  • Assist with quoting maintenance, parts, and service
  • Assist with inventory, as requested
  • Serve as an extension of the corporate HR team by assisting with new hire paperwork and other employee initiatives
• Prepare and issue quotes and account renewals; follow-up through issuance of purchase orders
• Track and generate reports of business segment of profitability including cost analysis of services and projects
• Learn and utilize Southware and other software products (Microsoft Suite) to enter and report activity
• Back-up other administrative staff, as requested (e.g., during vacations, seminars, etc.)
• Assist with off-site customer seminars/training and trade shows, as requested
• May perform other duties, as assigned

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of relevant administrative experience and dealing directly with customers
• Solid customer-service orientation; serves internal and external customers with excellence
• Highly detailed-oriented; ability to prioritize well; strong follow through with tasks and projects
• Strong mathematical skills to prepare profitability reports, cost analysis and prepare billings
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Anticipate the needs of others and think two steps ahead
• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• A self-starter who's motivated and energized by serving others, results oriented, and capable of staying cool under pressure from multiple ongoing projects
• Enjoy partnering with others to accomplish tasks and improve processes as part of a well-established winning team

Working Conditions: Usual office working conditions

Reports to: Florida Branch Manager
