Account Manager for NC

About our team:

As an account manager for Pureflow's NC territory, you will be immersed in a high quality corporate service support team. We are serious about achieving big goals and being the industry leader in supplying turnkey high purity water solutions to meet our customers' needs. We pursue excellence in providing the highest quality equipment and services for a broad range of commercial and industrial markets.


About the position:

Working from our Graham, NC office, you will have the opportunity to connect with new clients from Raleigh/Durham to Charlotte to Asheville and everywhere in between with major universities and flourishing economies in each of the larger cities. To gain more knowledge and become a confident Pureflow account manager, you will work alongside our service and installation teams to learn about the high purity water industry and equipment, ride along with current account managers, and attend weekly sales meetings and trainings. Once you develop your understanding of our industry and processes, you will take on the responsibility of building relationships with current accounts and hunting for new opportunities.


Specific Responsibilities:

  • Find and qualify new leads
  • Following up with leads and open opportunities
  • Present sales presentations and manage sales processes to earn new business
  • Develop existing accounts and build trusting relationships with customers
  • Manage the contract renewal process for current accounts
  • Track all activities in our CRM tool, Salesforce
  • Provide weekly opportunity updates to leadership and sales team
  • Cannot be afraid to cold call, prospect, manage time, lead the conversation and ask for the sale
  • We are not just taking orders, we are consulting with clients to provide solutions to meet their unique needs
  • Work as a problem solver, manage and  make quick decisions, and  acquire new customers

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred


Working Conditions

The regular hours for this position are Monday through Friday, 7:00am - 5:00pm. Primary territory is North Carolina. Travel for this position is about 25% and may require overnight travel. Majority of work performed in office environment and at customer sites.
